Chambers Asia-Pacific 2023: Tilleke & Gibbins Earns Record Number of Rankings

Tilleke & Gibbins has earned high rankings across all of the firm’s jurisdictions in Southeast Asia in the recently released 2023 edition of Chambers Asia-Pacific. This year, individual practitioners from the firm’s offices across the region received a record total of 30 individual rankings. A full summary is below.

Thailand

Tilleke & Gibbins’ practice in Bangkok—the firm’s largest office—led the way with rankings in 12 different practices areas, including three Band 1 recognitions:

In addition to the exceptional practice-area rankings, 33 lawyers were recognized across 11 practice areas.

Tilleke & Gibbins has again secured a Band 1 ranking for Thailand in the FinTech Guide 2026 from Chambers and Partners, maintaining the firm’s position among the country’s leading advisors on financial technology and digital regulatory matters. Chambers named only three firms in Thailand in the FinTech Guide 2026, with Tilleke & Gibbins one of just two ranked in Band 1. In the individual rankings, Athistha (Nop) Chitranukroh, partner and director of Tilleke & Gibbins’ corporate and commercial department, continues to be recognized as a Band 1 practitioner. Pornpan Wichawut, counsel and head of the firm’s Thailand fintech practice, is ranked as Up & Coming for 2026. They are two of only three individuals recognized in the Thailand FinTech Guide rankings this year.
