Tilleke & Gibbins Maintains Strong Position in The Legal 500 Asia Pacific 2025

Tilleke & Gibbins has maintained its strong regional presence in the 2025 edition of The Legal 500 Asia Pacific rankings, demonstrating continued excellence across all six jurisdictions where the firm operates. The rankings, which were recently released, showcase the firm’s consistent high performance with 30 practice rankings and 30 individual recognitions.

The firm has upheld its market-leading position across the region, with a third of its practice rankings achieving Tier 1 status. Notable changes this year include advancement in Vietnam’s Dispute Resolution: Litigation practice, which improved to Tier 2.

In Thailand, Tilleke & Gibbins received 15 practice-area rankings:

  • Tier 1: Dispute Resolution, Intellectual Property, Labor and Employment, TMT (Technology, Media, and Telecommunications)
  • Tier 2: Banking and Finance, Capital Markets, Corporate and M&A, Customs and International Trade, Insurance, Projects and Energy, Real Estate and Construction, Restructuring & Insolvency, Transport
  • Tier 3: Dispute Resolution: International Arbitration, Tax

The firm’s Vietnam offices achieved recognitions in 10 practice areas:

  • Tier 2: Corporate and M&A, Dispute Resolution: Litigation
  • Tier 3: Dispute Resolution: International Arbitration

Tilleke & Gibbins secured five additional practice-area rankings across its other regional offices:

  • Tier 1: Laos (General Business Law), Myanmar (Corporate and M&A)
  • Tier 2: Cambodia (General Business Law), Indonesia (Intellectual Property), Myanmar (Projects)

The firm’s lawyers also received a slate of individual rankings, including new “Leading Associate” recognitions for Linh Duy Mai (Intellectual Property, Vietnam), Anh Hoai Nguyen (TMT, Vietnam), and Nitikar Nith (General Business Law, Cambodia).
