Asian Legal Business: Tilleke & Gibbins Voted Employer of Choice 2014 in Thailand and Vietnam

Asian Legal Business

According to Asian Legal Business, Tilleke & Gibbins is one of Asia’s best law firms to work for, as the renowned legal publication has named our firm “Employer of Choice” in both Thailand and Vietnam for the second year in a row. The rankings, determined through market analysis and feedback from thousands of law firm employees across Asia, were based on factors such as job satisfaction, remuneration, work-life balance, career prospects, mentorship, and job security, among other aspects.

The ranking’s editorial cited Darani Vachanavuttivong, co-managing partner and managing director of intellectual property at Tilleke & Gibbins, as saying, “We encourage our associates to build their capabilities through challenging assignments, while ensuring that they receive tailored mentoring to help in their development.”

It goes on to quote Tiziana Sucharitkul, co-managing partner and director of dispute resolution at Tilleke & Gibbins, for her views on firm integration: “By sharing knowledge among our various practice groups and offices, we foster an environment of open communication and continuous learning, and this approach ensures that we keep our employees fully engaged while delivering exceptional results for our clients.”

Lastly, it mentions Thomas J. Treutler, partner and managing director of Tilleke & Gibbins’ Vietnam practice, for his vision of our firm’s team-focused approach, “Teamwork depends on strong relationships with your colleagues, so we make an effort to regularly bring together everyone in the office.”
