Tilleke & Gibbins Wins 2023 ALB Employer of Choice Award in Thailand and Vietnam

Asian Legal Business has released its 2023 “Employer of Choice” awards, and Tilleke & Gibbins has once again been recognized as a top employer in the legal industry in both Thailand and Vietnam. This is the 11th year in a row that the firm has been named Employer of Choice in Thailand, and the ninth time for Tilleke & Gibbins in Vietnam.

In the article accompanying the list of top employee-friendly firms, Tilleke & Gibbins’ managing partners Darani Vachanavuttivong and Tiziana Sucharitkul—as well as Thomas Treutler, managing partner of the firm’s offices in Vietnam—shared their insights into what makes the firm an attractive and dynamic workplace. Tiziana emphasized showing the prestige and market strength of the firm to attract top talent, while Darani noted the importance of having a strong performance management system for the firm’s development. Thomas discussed how the firm has adopted flexible working policies to give employees more options.

The Employer of Choice recognitions identify the best law firms to work for across the Asia Pacific region. The results are determined through an anonymous online survey of law firm employees, ranging from managing partners to support staff and covering a wide range of issues such as job satisfaction, remuneration, work-life balance, career growth, mentoring, and more.

Asian Legal Business, owned by Thomson Reuters, is a world-leading source of information for businesses and professionals. More details on the results of the 2023 Employer of Choice survey can be found in the April 2023 issue of Asian Legal Business.
