Tilleke & Gibbins represented Taylor’s Education Group, a leading international education operator in Southeast Asia, in connection with a strategic transaction involving St. Andrews International Schools in Thailand.

The transaction involves four St. Andrews International Schools: St. Andrews Dusit, St. Andrews Sathorn, St. Andrews Sukhumvit 107, and St. Andrews Rayong. The deal marks Taylor’s Education Group’s first investment in Thailand, and is one of the most significant education-sector transactions in the country in recent years.

The Tilleke & Gibbins team, spearheaded by Charupat Boon-Long and Ploy Maneepaksin, with support from Chanchai Jhongsathit, Kantima Sakruengngam, Nuriah Na Pikul, Palapoom Mattayomchan, and Jitkeerati Kulsomboon, assisted with the transaction structuring and strategy, legal due diligence, corporate governance, negotiation, execution, and closing, as well as post-closing restructuring and integration.
