Tilleke & Gibbins Named ALB Employer of Choice 2021 in Thailand and Vietnam

Asian Legal Business

Tilleke & Gibbins has been recognized in both Thailand and Vietnam in the 2021 edition of the Asian Legal Business “Employer of Choice” issue, which highlights the most employee-friendly law firms in the Asia-Pacific region. This marks the ninth consecutive Employer of Choice recognition for the firm in Thailand, and the seventh win overall for Vietnam. Only three firms were honored in each country this year.

The editorial for this year’s rankings also includes an extensive interview with Tilleke & Gibbins co-managing partner Tiziana Sucharitkul, covering questions related to work environment, training and development, and lessons learned from the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Employer of Choice rankings have been published annually since 2013, and are based on the results of an online survey open to all law firm employees in the region, from paralegals to managing partners, litigators to IT staff. Survey respondents are asked to consider issues such as job satisfaction, remuneration, work-life balance, career growth, mentoring, and more.

Asian Legal Business, a publication of Thomson Reuters, is a world-leading source of information for businesses and legal professionals. To learn more about the Employer of Choice survey, please visit the ALB website.
