ICC FraudNet Bangkok Conference on Fraud, Asset Recovery & Cross-Border Cooperation


On October 17, Tilleke & Gibbins will be cohosting the ICC FraudNet Bangkok Conference on Fraud, Asset Recovery & Cross-Border Cooperation. This English-language conference will bring together members of the public and private sectors, both in Thailand and internationally, for the purpose of discussing the key issues relevant to fraud, corruption, and asset recovery. The program will cover the following topics:

This  compelling conference will feature prominent speakers who specialize in combatting fraud and corruption in Southeast Asia and beyond, including H.E. Abhisit Vejjajiva, Mr. Pramon Sutivong, and many more. The conference will include introductory remarks from David Lyman, Chairman and Chief Values Officer at Tilleke & Gibbins. Thawat Damsa-ard, a partner in the firm’s dispute resolution and litigation group, will participate in a panel discussion, “Tackling Fraud, Bribery, and Corruption in Southeast Asia – The Road Ahead.”
