Chambers Aviation Finance & Leasing 2026 – Vietnam

Aviation law experts from Tilleke & Gibbins’ Vietnam offices have prepared the Vietnam chapter of Aviation Finance & Leasing 2026 from Chambers and Partners. In general, a ship owner’s liability can occur as the result of contractual breach, the commission of civil torts, and through application of specific law.
