The panel session focused on the reach of the new law, which was passed nearly a year ago and is expected to take effect at the end of May, 2020.

On April 28, Saithong Rattana, attorney-at-law in Tilleke & Gibbins’ Vientiane office, will join a webinar hosted by the China-ASEAN Legal Cooperation Center (CALCC) to discuss the Lao government’s response to the COVID-19 crisis.
