Asian Legal Business: Tilleke & Gibbins Voted Employer of Choice 2015 in Thailand

Asian Legal Business

For the third year in a row, Asian Legal Business  has named Tilleke & Gibbins “Employer of Choice” in Thailand, solidifying our reputation as one of Asia’s best law firms to work for. The rankings were determined by taking into account responses from thousands of law firm employees across Asia, ranging from support staff to managing partners, as well as market trends and analysis. Law firms were ranked on the basis of job satisfaction, remuneration, work-life balance, career prospects, mentorship, and job security, among other factors.

In addition to the award, the ranking’s editorial cites one Tilleke & Gibbins associate as saying, “my firm has a good work-life balance that leads to strong relationships with partners and other colleagues and high productivity.” Continuing, the associate said, “most importantly, the firm strongly supports the lawyers who want to enhance their training and education.”
