ALB: Tilleke & Gibbins Recognized as Employer of Choice 2018 for Thailand and Vietnam

Asian Legal Business

Asian Legal Business has released the results of its annual “Employer of Choice” survey, and Tilleke & Gibbins has again been recognized as an Employer of Choice in both Thailand and Vietnam. Only three firms earned the designation in each country. For Thailand, this marks the sixth consecutive year the firm has won the honor; for Vietnam, it is the fourth such recognition.

The editorial cited the collegial atmosphere at Tilleke & Gibbins as one of its strongest points. “The working environment is great,” offered a respondent from Vietnam, “and the work is interesting,” while a respondent from Thailand enthused, “The atmosphere is friendly and we have good teamwork.”

The Employer of Choice survey represents a list of the best law firms to work for across the Asia Pacific region, compiled by Asian Legal Business through an anonymous online survey of thousands of law firm employees, ranging from managing partners to support staff. The survey respondents are asked about such issues as job satisfaction, remuneration, work-life balance, career growth, mentoring, and more. The full results can be viewed at the Asian Legal Business website.
