Noppramart Thammateeradaycho is an attorney-at-law in the Tilleke & Gibbins dispute resolution group. Noppramart’s shipping and maritime practice includes acting for Protection & Indemnity Clubs, shipowners, shipyards, insurers, and cargo interests. She specializes in disputes related to cargo claims, bills of lading, charterparties, marine insurance as well as collisions-at-sea, ship arrest, bunker disputes, and contamination of liquid cargo.
Noppramart also has extensive experience in handling in complex maritime litigation including marine casualties, collision, fire, salvage, towage, oil pollution, ship building and repair, enforcement of ship mortgage, wet and dry cargo, and marine insurance matters. She has successfully handled several ship arrests and releasing of ships.
Noppramart has completed the Barrister-at-Law requirements of the Institute of Legal Education, Thai Bar Association.
