Lien Bich Nguyen is an associate with the Tilleke & Gibbins corporate and commercial team, based in the Ho Chi Minh City office. Lien advises foreign investors on establishing and operating their businesses in Vietnam, and assists with preparation and review of charters, contracts, and other legal documents. She also assists with licensing procedures and M&A projects. She is a licensed lawyer and a member of the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association.

  • Advised a multinational aquaculture company on the regulatory implications of its distribution business model in Vietnam.
  • Advised a global biotechnology company on the regulatory considerations of the share transfer of its Vietnamese subsidiary as part of its internal restructuring.
