Acted as Thai counsel for a world-leading multinational vehicle manufacturer in connection with its USD 29 million purchase of a used Gulfstream Aerospace GV-SP (Gulfstream G550) aircraft from a leading Thai travel retail group. To facilitate the transaction we reviewed the aircraft purchase agreement, advised on dispute resolution clauses within the agreement, and provided comments on revisions that would better suit our client’s interests in the transaction.

Given the highly regulated nature of the aviation industry, aircraft purchase acquisitions require a specific set of technical knowledge and skills in aviation and commercial transactions. Our expertise in both areas was essential to making this matter a success for the client.
