Tilleke & Gibbins Wins Thailand Firm of the Year in Asialaw Awards 2020

In the recently announced Asialaw Awards 2020, Tilleke & Gibbins was named Thailand Firm of the Year in the Client Service Excellence category, in recognition of the firm’s full-service client work over the past 12–18 months.

In determining the awards, Asialaw surveys buyers of legal services and asks them to give feedback on various aspects of their interactions with law firms. Specifically, the research focuses on client management, fees and billing, firm setup—such as team depth and use of technology—and expertise, in terms of both industry knowledge and pursuit of effective and innovative legal solutions. While the Client Service Excellence award category was new this year, the research results were similar to last year, when legal services buyers also gave Tilleke & Gibbins the highest overall score for law firms in Thailand. This vote of confidence in the firm’s full-service abilities and expertise is a strong, sustained endorsement of the Tilleke & Gibbins team across all practice areas.

The Asialaw Awards celebrate domestic and regional law firms across 25 jurisdictions in the Asia-Pacific region, covering ten legal practice areas and seven industry categories. This year, the awards were announced in a live virtual event, as the customary in-person awards ceremony was not possible due to COVID-19.
