Tilleke & Gibbins Rated as Leading Life Sciences Firm in Thailand by PLC Which Lawyer

Practical Law Company

Practical Law Company, a well-recognized provider of legal market intelligence and analysis, has ranked Tilleke & Gibbins as a “Leading” Life Sciences firm in Thailand in the most recent edition of its PLC Which Lawyer guide. This recognition was particularly notable because Tilleke & Gibbins was the only firm in Asia to receive a “Leading” designation for its jurisdiction in the general Life Sciences category this year.

The 2012 edition marks the second consecutive year that the firm’s practice has been at the top of the Thai market, according to research and interviews conducted by the Practical Law Company team. The team looked at firm and lawyer track records, peer interviews, and client feedback and reviews to determine its rankings. Firms were then placed in one of four categories: “Leading,” “Highly Recommended,” “Recommended,” and “Recognized.”

In addition to ranking overall practices, PLC also examined specific subpractices in various jurisdictions. For Thailand, Tilleke & Gibbins was in the top tier not only for the market as a whole, but also for the Life Sciences: Intellectual Property and Life Sciences: Regulatory categories.

Building on this firm-wide recognition, Tilleke & Gibbins partners Srila Thongklang and Alan Adcock were each recognized for their achievements as expert practitioners in intellectual property and regulatory work, respectively.
