For the second year running, Tilleke & Gibbins was named Thailand Law Firm of the Year at the Benchmark Litigation Asia-Pacific Dispute Resolution Awards 2019, in recognition of the firm’s record of landmark victories on behalf of clients over the past 12 months. The award recognized the firm’s strength across the full range of disputes, including litigation focused on civil, criminal, labor and employment, intellectual property, insurance, product liability, regulatory investigations, white-collar crime, and other issues.

In addition to this recognition of the firm’s efforts as a whole, Nandana Indananda was named the Disputes Resolution Lawyer of the Year for Thailand for 2019. Nandana is a former judge of the Central Intellectual Property and International Trade Court, and as a partner at Tilleke & Gibbins he applies his expertise in complex litigation to head legal teams in patent, trade secret, and other highly consequential litigation matters.

The Benchmark Litigation Asia-Pacific Dispute Resolution Awards 2019 were held on September 19 at the Shangri-La Hotel in Hong Kong.
