Tilleke & Gibbins Litigators Named Among Asia’s Top 30 by ALB

Asian Legal Business (ALB) has released its Top 30 Litigators in Asia list for 2025, and two of Tilleke & Gibbins’ litigation leaders have been recognized for their outstanding work in the region.

Thawat Damsa-ard has earned a place on the list for the fourth consecutive year, continuing to be recognized for his consistent excellence in complex and high-stakes disputes. Loc Xuan Le, a principal with Tilleke & Gibbins’ strategic partner in Vietnam, T&G Law Firm LLC (TGVN), has been included for the first time—an important milestone that reflects his growing reputation and contributions to impactful litigation matters.

The ALB Top 30 Litigators list is compiled through a competitive selection process that considers the significance of cases handled, client feedback, innovative approaches to litigation, and the overall influence of each lawyer on the legal profession.

For the fifth year in a row, Tilleke & Gibbins has been named “Employer of Choice” in Thailand in a survey conducted by Asian Legal Business.The rankings were determined through an online survey of more than 3,500 private practice lawyers across Asia, ranging from managing partners to paralegals, as well as the magazine’s independent research. Taking place during February and March, the survey ranked firms on factors such as job satisfaction, remuneration, work-life balance, career prospects, mentorship, and job security, among other aspects.

Asian Legal Business (ALB)  has published an “Emerging Markets Experts” list for the first time, with Tilleke & Gibbins among 11 firms across Asia named to the list.ALB  defines emerging markets as Bangladesh, Cambodia, Indonesia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and Vietnam. The list features both regional and international firms which have helped their clients maximize the potential of emerging markets, such as by securing or facilitating key business deals, or resolving disputes.
