In the latest edition of IAM Patent 1000  from Intellectual Asset Management  (IAM ) magazine, Tilleke & Gibbins was recognized as one of a small number of top patent practices in the Indonesia.

As noted in the editorial on the firm, IAM Patent 1000  notes that “the Jakarta office of Tilleke & Gibbins is an integral part of its regional dominance.” Wongrat Ratanaprayul, head of Tilleke & Gibbins’ Indonesia office, is singled out as an outstanding practitioner for her knowledge, technical expertise, and success in leading the Jakarta office.

The article discusses Indonesia passing a new trademark law on October 27 to simplify the application process and to allow for greater trademark protection. The new law came into effect on November 26.
