Tilleke & Gibbins Hosts Labor Law Seminar on Termination and Litigation

The Global Competitiveness Report 2010-2011 by the World Economic Forum ranks restrictive labor regulations as one of the most problematic factors for doing business in Thailand. On May 12, 2011, Tilleke & Gibbins hosted a seminar to help clients learn about these regulations and how to comply with the myriad of requirements placed upon employers.
