Tilleke & Gibbins Hosts Labor Law Seminar on Termination and Litigation

The Global Competitiveness Report 2010-2011 by the World Economic Forum ranks restrictive labor regulations as one of the most problematic factors for doing business in Thailand. On May 12, 2011, Tilleke & Gibbins hosted a seminar to help clients learn about these regulations and how to comply with the myriad of requirements placed upon employers. On Tuesday, November 19, three lawyers from Tilleke & Gibbins will speak at In-House Congress Hanoi, a conference targeting in-house counsel, C-suite executives, and other business leaders from the public and private sector in Vietnam. The Hanoi event is the latest installation in a popular series organized by the In-House Community, a unit of Pacific Business Press, and will be the first-ever In-House Congress in Vietnam’s capital.
