To help employers deal with these issues, Tilleke & Gibbins is pleased to host our 2012 Employment Law Forum. Held at our Bangkok office on November 27 from 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m, this English-language seminar will cover the following topics:

  • Hiring and Firing: Key Employment Issues
  • Changing Terms and Conditions: Challenges and Opportunities
  • Prevailing in Litigation: Labor Court Success Strategies

In addition, the program will feature a one-hour Q&A session, which will give participants the opportunity to ask the pressing questions facing their business and exchange ideas with others.
