Tilleke & Gibbins to Host Annual Employment Law Forum in Bangkok on November 19

On November 19, Tilleke & Gibbins will be hosting our Annual Employment Law Forum, a review of key labor and employment law developments in Thailand. This Thai-language seminar will touch on many of the key employment law issues relevant to corporate executives and HR managers. The program will cover the following topics:

  • Outsourcing: How the Thai Courts Define Employment Relationships
  • Restrictive Covenants: Enforceability of Nonsolicitation and Noncompetition Clauses
  • Legal Strategies for Dealing with Sexual Harassment in Workplace
