Tilleke & Gibbins to Hold Annual Employment Law Forum on November 25

On November 25, clients of Tilleke & Gibbins can participate in our annual review of key labor and employment law issues in Thailand. This Thai-language seminar will focus on the issues of employee disciplinary measures and termination—topics that are always a top concern for corporate executives and HR managers. Our presentations at this event will cover the following topics:

  • Termination: Duties and Best Practices for Employers
  • Disciplinary Actions: Ensuring Legal Compliance
  • Tips for Winning Cases in Labor Court

In addition, the program will feature a workshop that will give participants the opportunity for an interactive, intensive group discussion of these issues.

For more information about this event, please contact Ms. Pinta Punsoni, Coordinator, Events & Public Relations, at [email protected].
