World Trademark Review  recently published the 2019 edition of their annual WTR 1000  guide, a publication that ranks the best trademark firms and individual practitioners from 70 jurisdictions worldwide. Tilleke & Gibbins is proud to announce that the firm’s Thailand practice was recognized with the highest possible ranking, a Gold Band, marking the ninth consecutive year that the firm has secured its position as one of the premier trademark practices in the country.

Tilleke & Gibbins partner Somboon Earterasarun will be speaking at an upcoming National Innovation Agency (NIA) event titled “Intellectual Property Strategy for Innovative Industry Training.” Somboon’s presentation will provide attendees with insights into branding and trademark strategy, with a focus on how effective brand management can play a role in protecting innovation.
