Tilleke & Gibbins and TLCA Offer Webinar on Performance Evaluations and Termination of Employment during COVID-19

As a result of the mass disruption brought by the COVID-19 pandemic, many employers in Thailand are unsure of how to prepare for and deal with upcoming performance evaluations for tenured employees. To share insight on this key concern, Tilleke & Gibbins and the Thai Listed Companies Association (TLCA) will cohost a webinar entitled “Preparing for Performance Evaluations and Associated Termination Concerns during COVID-19.”

Presented by Nuanchun Somboonvinij and Sasirusm (Roll) B. Chunhakasikarn, labor and employment attorneys in Tilleke & Gibbins’ dispute resolution group in Bangkok, the session will highlight the importance of, best practices for, and the implementation of regular performance evaluations; and explain the legal procedure for carrying out terminations of employment to help employers avoid unexpected consequences or unfair dismissal claims.

The live broadcast will be held on January 28, 2020, from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. (GMT+7). If you’re interested in attending this webinar, which will be delivered in Thai, please send an email to [email protected].
