Tilleke & Gibbins has advised JD Sports Fashion on the sale of a 40% equity stake in JD Sports Thailand to CRC Sports, a subsidiary of Central Retail Corporation.

The transaction was spearheaded by Charupat Boon-Long, with support from Ploy Maneepaksin, Nuriah Na Pikul, and Sanantinee Kasemmongkol.
