Three Tilleke Lawyers Recognized as “IP Stars” by Managing IP

In its annual rankings and determinations of both the top law firms and individual lawyers around the globe in the field of intellectual property, Managing IP has named three Tilleke & Gibbins lawyers as “IP Stars,” firmly solidifying their place among the top practitioners in the industry. The article gives an overview of the existing Copyright Act (1994) and the changes that are being sought to the regime, based on the input of some of Thailand’s leading intellectual property practitioners.
