On November 13, 2014, the Euromoney Legal Media Group will host its annual Asia Women in Business Law Awards at the JW Marriott in Hong Kong. The firm awards will be judged on the best initiatives for gender diversity, innovation, work-life balance, pro-bono work, and talent management.Tilleke & Gibbins has been nominated in seven categories this year. David Lawrence, a consultant in Tilleke & Gibbins’ dispute resolution group, will serve as a panelist at the 27th LAWASIA Conference to discuss the topic “Getting to ‘Maybe’ in International Family Disputes.” David will discuss the different forms of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) available in family disputes, the type of ADR to select when faced with certain types of disputes, the finality of settlement agreements, the recognition of settlement agreements, and cross-border enforcement.
