David Lawrence, a consultant in Tilleke & Gibbins’ dispute resolution group, will present on the topic “The Modern Family – How Does the Law in Different Countries Apply to Modern Family Models; Who Has Parental Rights and Obligations; and How They Are Granted/Regulated,” at LAWASIA’s 6th Family Law and Children’s Rights Conference. David will speak on family law in Thailand and recent developments, and he will discuss a number of interesting case studies.

John Frangos, a consultant in Tilleke & Gibbins who heads the firm’s aviation practice, was interviewed by Airfinance Journal  for his thoughts on a recent case in which a multinational aircraft leasing company repossessed an aircraft that was on lease to a Thai airline.
