On September 28, Chusert Supasitthumrong, partner in Tilleke & Gibbins’ dispute resolution and litigation group, was named the Disputes Star of the Year in Thailand at the Asialaw Asia-Pacific Dispute Resolution Awards 2017, held at the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong. A recent order by the ruling military government of Thailand to ground international flights operated by 12 airlines was seen by some as a duplication of an order issued by the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT).
