Thawat Damsa-ard Recognized as Sole Outstanding Asset Recovery Lawyer in Thailand

Who's Who Legal

Thawat Damsa-ard, partner and chief litigator in Tilleke & Gibbins’ dispute resolution group, has been recognized as the sole outstanding asset recovery lawyer in Thailand in the 2018 edition of Who’s Who Legal: Asset Recovery . The accompanying analysis lauds Thawat as “… a first-rate litigator who is recommended for his impressive work relating to fraud and asset recovery proceedings.”

Who’s Who Legal  is a 22-year-old publication, based in London, that recognizes top legal practitioners in jurisdictions around the world with its annual, comprehensive, practice-specific lists of outstanding lawyers. Based on expansive and thorough research, including analyses and opinions from both in-house counsel and private practice lawyers, the 2018 Asset Recovery  list covers 83 jurisdictions worldwide, with Thailand one of a very small number in which only one lawyer is listed.
