Thawat Damsa-ard Recognized as a Leading Asset Recovery Lawyer

Law Business Research

Thawat Damsa-ard, a partner and the chief litigator in Tilleke & Gibbins’ dispute resolution group, has been named in The International Who’s Who of Asset Recovery Lawyers 2013. In these rankings, Thawat is the sole asset recovery lawyer listed in Thailand, and he represents one of just seven listed individuals across the Southeast Asia region. The nominees were selected based upon comprehensive, independent survey work with both general counsel and private practice lawyers across the world.

This award highlights Tilleke & Gibbins’ strong business crimes practice, which is supported by Thawat as the firm’s representative to the International Chamber of Commerce’s FraudNet, a global network of lawyers specialized in tracing and recovering assets. Through our exclusive participation in this network as the member firm representing Thailand, we offer clients access to skilled asset recovery professionals in 56 countries.
