The webinar, entitled “Debt Collection Options during and after the COVID-19 Pandemic,” will explain the rights of creditors and debtors under various contracts, and discuss what both creditors and debtors can do to uphold their obligations and enforce their rights throughout and following the COVID-19 outbreak.

This webinar is the second episode in a series of sessions planned in collaboration with the TLCA to help listed and non-listed Thai companies navigate legal complexities and business disruption caused by COVID-19.
