Thawat Damsa-ard Named to Southeast Asia’s Top 15 Litigators 2024

Asian Legal Business has released their Top 15 Southeast Asia Litigators 2024 list, which includes senior litigator Thawat Damsa-ard, a partner in the Tilleke & Gibbins’ dispute resolution department in Bangkok.

This is the third consecutive year that Thawat has been honored with a spot on the list of top litigators across the region, and he is only one of two litigators from Thailand included in the list. The accolade recognizes his outstanding performance in the courtroom, his ability to secure favorable results for his clients in high-stakes disputes, and his remarkable efforts to support professional ethics and development in the Thai legal profession.

The list identifies the leading litigators in Southeast Asia and India based on submissions from firms and recommendations and feedback from clients, colleagues, and the wider legal market. The attorneys identified in the list are among the most accomplished in the region in achieving high-impact courtroom victories for their clients.
