Thawat Damsa-ard Again Named One of Southeast Asia’s Top 15 Litigators

Asian Legal Business recently released their Top 15 Southeast Asia Litigators 2023 feature, and Tilleke & Gibbins is pleased to announce that senior litigator Thawat Damsa-ard, a partner in the firm’s dispute resolution department in Bangkok, is included in the list.

Thawat is the only litigator from Thailand included in the list of top litigators across the region. Moreover, this is the second consecutive year that he has been honored with a spot on the list. The accolade recognizes his outstanding performance in the courtroom, his ability to secure favorable results for his clients in high-stakes disputes, and his remarkable efforts to support professional ethics and development in the Thai legal profession.

The list identifies the leading litigators in Southeast Asia and India based on submissions from firms and recommendations and feedback from clients, colleagues, and the wider legal market. The attorneys included in the list are among the most accomplished in the region in achieving high-impact courtroom victories for their clients.
