Seminar to Exchange Information on Corruption Prevention and Corruption Suppression

David Lyman, chairman and chief values officer, and John Frangos, consultant, in Tilleke & Gibbins, will participate in a panel discussion on “Corruption Prevention and Suppression of Corruption” at a “Seminar to Exchange Information on Corruption Prevention and Corruption Suppression,” hosted by the Office of the National Anti-Corruption Commission and the Joint Foreign Chambers of Commerce in Thailand. Among a range of topics, the panel discussion will focus on the New Organic Act on Counter Corruption and guidelines for internal control measures for juristic persons in preventing corruption.

The seminar will take place at The Westin Grande Sukhumvit hotel in Bangkok on September 7 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. The panel discussion will be held from 1.50 p.m. to 4.50 p.m. If you would like to learn more about this event, please visit the JFCCT website.
