Presentation for In-House Counsel on Thai Litigation Issues

Pacific Business Press, publisher of Asian-MENA Counsel magazine, is organizing the eleventh annual In-House Congress in Bangkok on June 6, 2013, at the Westin Grande Sukhumvit. Bringing together over 120 in-house lawyers, compliance professionals, and senior business executives, the full-day event will include discussions of risk management, corporate governance, M&A transactions, international capital markets, and project finance.

As one of the co-hosts for the event, Tilleke & Gibbins will facilitate a workshop for in-house counsel on the topic of “Litigation in Thailand: Success Strategies.” Led by Chusert Supasitthumrong and Michael Ramirez of the firm’s dispute resolution group, the session will:
