Dr. Vinh Quoc Nguyen, a partner with Tilleke & Gibbins’ corporate and commercial group in Ho Chi Minh City and an arbitrator with the Vietnam International Arbitration Center (VIAC), was featured in two interviews last week related to the practice of law during the global COVID-19 outbreak.

Wongrat Ratanaprayul, director of Tilleke & Gibbins’ office in Jakarta, was quoted by Asia IP  in a recent article on the Indonesian IP office’s newly assertive stance toward patent filings.

On March 12, partner and director of Tilleke & Gibbins’ corporate and commercial department, Kobkit Thienpreecha, was welcomed as a guest lecturer at the annual Director Certification Program hosted by the Thai Institute of Directors Association (IOD). A regular speaker for numerous IOD events, Kobkit was asked to present on legal liabilities for directors of listed and non-listed companies in Thailand.
