Peeyakorn Suparugbundit Delivers Webinar on Patent Protection in Thailand

On May 15, 2020, Peeyakorn Suparugbundit, an attorney-at-law in Tilleke & Gibbins’ intellectual property group, will lead a webinar on the management and protection of patents in Thailand. The webinar will be presented by the National Innovation Agency (NIA) as part of their NIA Academy initiative, which aims to give entrepreneurs, startups, and innovators a platform to learn about tools and techniques for achieving success in their Thai ventures.

This session will give viewers a clear picture of patent protection in Thailand, what exactly can be protected, and how the registration of patents can be achieved—both in Thailand and in other countries. Peeyakorn will also explain various strategies and techniques that patent owners can employ in order to effectively manage their patent portfolio and ensure that they can respond quickly and economically if their intellectual property rights are threatened.

The webinar, which will be directed toward entrepreneurs and other interested parties, is highly anticipated, and registration for the event reached maximum capacity soon after being publicized. For more details and to register, please visit the NIA website
