Peeyakorn Suparugbundit is an attorney-at-law in Tilleke & Gibbins’ intellectual property group, specializing in patent matters for both international and domestic clients, with a focus on the fields of biotechnology, chemistry, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals. In this role, she regularly advises clients on drafting and amending patent applications, and on substantive patent prosecution in a number of jurisdictions, including Europe, Singapore, Thailand, and the United States.
Peeyakorn is particularly skilled in conducting patent analysis work, including patentability, patent landscape, and freedom-to-operate analyses in relation to her clients’ innovative technologies. In addition, she is also regularly involved in patent enforcement work for a range of clients in Thailand.
Prior to joining Tilleke & Gibbins, Peeyakorn worked at an international law firm in Bangkok and a regional IP firm in Singapore. She has obtained a Notarial Services Attorney License from the Lawyers Council of Thailand and a Patent Agent License from the Department of Intellectual Property of Thailand, and is a member of the Thai Bar Association.

Drafted patent specifications for a number of clients in the biotechnology, chemistry, medical device, and pharmaceutical industries.

Advised both international and domestic clients on patent enforcement and litigation.
Advised leading multinational companies in respect to effective methods of claim amendments and expediting issuance of pending patent applications in Thailand.
Provided infringement analyses and opinions for a number of clients across a wide range of industries.
Reviewed cooperation agreements for several domestic companies.
