Museum of Counterfeit Goods to Be Featured on SmartBiz

Wiramrudee Mokkhavesa, an attorney-at-law in Tilleke & Gibbins’ intellectual property group, will be featured on today’s episode of SmartBiz, which profiles the firm’s Tilleke & Gibbins’ Museum of Counterfeit Goods. During the program segment on “Beware of the Fakes,” Wiramrudee will discuss Thailand’s counterfeiting situation and the government’s efforts to eradicate fake goods. She will also give tips on how to differentiate between genuine and fake goods.

The SmartBiz  program, featuring Wiramrudee, will be broadcasted today, June 9, at 4 p.m. on the True4U channel.

Our museum was then featured in an online article, “For This Museum, You Must Look Closely,” which was published on their website.

The Tilleke & Gibbins Museum of Counterfeit Goods has been featured in Svenska Dagbladet, a widely circulated newspaper published on a daily basis in Sweden. The article examines intellectual property infringement through the eyes of a Swedish journalist, as he presents his experiences while traveling throughout many parts of Thailand. Like many tourists, he encounters a plethora of pirated goods sold at prices that are truly too good to be true.
