Mayura Krobsood Interviews Wiramrudee Mokkhavesa on Counterfeiting in Thailand

Mayura Krobsood, a cooking program hosted by famous media personality, Tuk Mayura Sawetsila, visited the Tilleke & Gibbins Museum of Counterfeit Goods on December 8 to film the museum and interview Wiramrudee Mokkhavesa, an attorney-at-law with the firm’s intellectual property department. The interview will be featured during the program’s feature on “interesting places to visit in Thailand”.  

During the interview, Wiramrudee discussed the history of the museum and its growing number of collections. She also gave an overview of Thailand’s counterfeiting issues and the Thai government’s ongoing efforts to tackle these matters.   

Mayura Krobsood will feature Tilleke & Gibbins’ Museum of Counterfeit Goods and Wiramrudee in a televised broadcast on December 20 at 4.35 p.m. on Channel 5.

Wiramrudee (Pink) Mokkhavesa, an attorney-at-law in Tilleke & Gibbins’ intellectual property group in Thailand, was recently interviewed by News Network Asia (NNA) for an article on notable developments in intellectual property enforcement in Thailand and the region.In her interview, Wiramrudee provided NNA with an insightful overview on current counterfeit trends. “The rapid development of transportation infrastructure across Indochina has brought with it unintended consequences in the form of increased inflow of counterfeit products into key markets,” she said.
