LES Thailand Annual Conference 2018

Members of Tilleke & Gibbins are joining the Licensing Executive Society (LES) Thailand’s Annual Conference 2018, held under the theme of “Industrial 4.0: Identification, Creation, and Management of IP for a Coming Industry Revolution” during February 1-2 at the Pullman Bangkok Hotel G.

Representing Tilleke & Gibbins at the event are Darani Vachanavuttivong, co-managing partner and managing director of the firm’s intellectual property group, Alan Adcock, partner and deputy director of the intellectual property group, as well as IP practitioners from the firm’s Thailand and Myanmar offices.

Alan, in his capacity as president of LES Thailand, is providing welcome remarks for the event, and is serving as moderator for a panel of in-house counsel from leading companies in the region on the event’s second day.

Joining the conference are leaders from the public, private, and academic sectors from jurisdictions worldwide, who are sharing their expertise on IP issues in industries promoted under the Thai government’s “Thailand 4.0” policy, including automation, robotics, artificial intelligence, financial technology, blockchain, and encryption.
