Law Business Research

John E. King and Thawat Damsa-ard, partners in Tilleke & Gibbins’ dispute resolution group, have been recognized as leading asset recovery lawyers in Thailand by The International Who’s Who of Asset Recovery Lawyers 2014. They represent only a handful of individuals in Southeast Asia who were selected for this award. The rankings were based on surveys of both general counsel and private practice lawyers across the world.

These awards highlight Tilleke & Gibbins’ business crimes practice, which is supported by Thawat as the firm’s representative to the International Chamber of Commerce’s FraudNet, a global network of lawyers specialized in tracing and recovering assets. Our firm is the exclusive representative member for Thailand. Through our participation in this network, we offer clients access to experienced asset recovery professionals in 60 countries worldwide.
