IP Lunch Talk: Tilleke & Gibbins and NIA to Hold Discussion on Healthcare Business

The key drivers of healthcare product investment are the effective protection of intellectual property rights and compliance with the law. Protection of IP rights and obtaining market authorization are challenges faced by every company operating in the healthcare industry. To discuss these issues and more, Dr. Atthachai Homhuan, regulatory affairs manager at Tilleke & Gibbins, will present on “Intellectual Property and Regulatory Perspectives of Thailand’s Healthcare Business” at an IP Lunch Talk held by Tilleke & Gibbins and the National Innovation Agency. In particular, Atthachai will discuss the following issues:

  • IP rights and dealing with local distributors
  • Healthcare legislation and regulation in Thailand and ASEAN harmonization
  • Recent and upcoming changes to healthcare-related IP and laws/regulations in Thailand
