In particular, Atthachai will discuss the following issues:

  • IP rights and dealing with local distributors
  • Healthcare legislation and regulation in Thailand and ASEAN harmonization
  • Recent and upcoming changes to healthcare-related IP and laws/regulations in Thailand

This seminar will be held at Tilleke & Gibbins’ Bangkok office on May 26 from 11.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. Atthachai’s presentation will be followed by a Q&A session. If you would like to learn more about this event, please contact Pinta P. Macdougall at [email protected].
