HR Law Summit 2016: Chusert Supasitthumrong to Speak on Resolving Labor Disputes

Chusert Supasitthumrong, a partner in Tilleke & Gibbins’ dispute resolution and litigation group, will speak on the topic “Labor Dispute Resolutions: Discover How to Resolve Disputes Effectively and Legally” at the HR Law Summit 2016, a two-day conference focused on labor and employment law. Chusert will serve as the keynote speaker, and his presentation will cover the following subjects:

  • Legal processes related to labor disputes in Thailand
  • Strategically selecting the right resolutions
  • How to terminate employees fairly and legally
  • Litigation related to labor disputes
