David Lyman to Speak on the Human Impact of Technological Advancement

Rotary Club of Bangkapi

Technology is rapidly advancing in ways that would have seemed entirely inconceivable to those living only a few short decades ago. New inventions are constantly changing the way we live, and they have had a significant impact on the course of human history. Something as small and seemingly insignificant as the mobile phone has defined generations, has spurred on new cultures, and has mobilized international integration among countries. Without a doubt, technological development is one of the most significant aspects of our lives, and it is important for us to recognize and appreciate this fact. David Lyman, chairman and chief values officer of Tilleke & Gibbins, will be speaking on these subjects in a presentation dubbed “Change—Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow,” at a luncheon organized by the Rotary Club of Bangkapi.

The Rotary Club of Bangkapi will hold the luncheon at the Grand Hyatt Erawan hotel in Bangkok, on March 11, and David will be speaking from 12.30 p.m. to 1.30 p.m. The discussion will be followed by a Q&A session. For more information, please contact Pinta Punsoni at [email protected].
