The recently released WTR 1000 2022 once again asserts Tilleke & Gibbins’ reputation as the top firm for intellectual property in Southeast Asia. The latest results of the annual trademark survey from Managing Intellectual Property (MIP) have once again recognized Tilleke & Gibbins’ intellectual property department as a leading trademark practice throughout the region. For Thailand, Tilleke & Gibbins was ranked in Tier 1 for trademarks for the 19th consecutive year. For Vietnam, Tilleke & Gibbins’ intellectual property practice achieved a Tier 1 ranking for the 11th year running. In the crowded Indonesia market, Tilleke & Gibbins’ intellectual property boutique is continuing to gain recognition, with a Tier 2 ranking for trademark prosecution and a Tier 3 designation for the trademark contentious category.
